Trade security demands real privacy. Crossbotra is built to isolate your sourcing intent, financial flows, and company data — and to collect only what early access requires.

1. What we collect

During pre-launch we collect the information you submit to join early access: your name, email, country, optional phone, role, company, and the trade-interest or partner details relevant to your role.

We capture standard campaign attribution (UTM parameters) and a privacy-safe, hashed representation of your IP address used only to prevent duplicates and abuse. Your raw IP address is never stored.

2. How we use it

We use your data to prioritise early access, plan trade corridors and product categories, match partners as the network forms, and send you updates you have consented to. We never sell your data.

3. Data minimisation & security

We collect the minimum needed for early access and retain it only until the platform launches plus a reasonable period thereafter. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to the Crossbotra team.

4. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time, request a correction to your information, or request deletion of your record. Contact us through the early-access form and we will action your request.
