1. Early access & verification
Importer early access, Trade Partner applications, and sourcing-support requests are subject to review. Submitting a form does not create a contract, guarantee onboarding, or complete any transaction.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use Crossbotra.ai to submit false information, impersonate another business, request illegal goods, evade sanctions, or violate any import/export law.
3. High-compliance categories
Minerals, medical products, chemicals, food, energy products, and other regulated categories may require enhanced due diligence, licensing, permits, and regulatory review before any future onboarding.
4. Changes to the platform
Crossbotra.ai may change, expand, suspend, or limit early-access features as the full trade-orchestration platform is developed.
